Our Simple Patio is a standardized design and is not customizable. The listed price is based on a site that is in suitable condition for installation.

Before construction begins, our team will perform a site evaluation to verify that the installation area is accessible and suitable for the project. If unforeseen conditions are discovered—such as poor soil, excessive grading requirements, drainage issues, underground obstructions, demolition, or other conditions that require additional work—we will discuss the available options with you before proceeding. Any work beyond the standard installation may be subject to additional charges.
